Job Summary
The Family Advocate supports families in improving their quality of life by partnering with families,connecting them with community resources,
and promoting family engagement through the integration of home and classroom activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management to ensure children are up to date on physicals,dentals,immunizations,and any needed follow-up care;
- Maintain ongoing contact with assigned families,includingsuch as a minimum of three home visits per year for Head Start caseload;
- Buid relationshipswith community agenciesandservice providers.
