    Job Opportunity: Production Supervisor at Silgan Containers

    Responsibilities:

    • Train personnel, enforce safety procedures, enhance production, and manage equipment.
    • Administer labor contracts, review reports, and analyze workforce and production data.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED, Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of work experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role.
    • Strong technical and mechanical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
