    As a Shipping Team Member within the Interior/Exterior Division, your main focus is adhering to approved standardized work in your position. Your goal is to efficiently ship customer orders daily by utilizing the proper machine, materials, method, and manpower.     Shifts: Available shifts include 2nd Shift and 1st Shift.


    Employment Types: Full-Time and Temp-to-Hire positions.


    Pay Rate: Anticipated rate of $17.50 per hour.


    Duties:

    • Receive raw materials
    • Put away raw materials on rollers and racks
    • Dump resin as needed, unload returnables when time permits
    • Keep returnables palletized and ready for shipment
    • Clean around resin bins as needed; Maintain warehouse activities daily

    Position Requirements:

    While on the job, the employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, see, speak, and hear. Occasionally, climbing, balancing, and stooping may be required. The ability to lift and carry between 20 to 100 pounds, exert a pull force of 40 pounds or higher, and meet specific job-related physical demands is crucial. Background Check, Drug Test, and other requirements apply.
