Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT). As a key member of our team, you will be empowered to provide exceptional service to our customers, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues and exceed expectations.

About the Role:

Provide top-notch customer service through inbound calls, resolving billing inquiries, payments, credits, fraud alerts, internet and cell phone services, and mortgage servicing.
Utilize problem-solving skills and negotiation techniques to meet individual service and sales goals.
Multitask while documenting consumer interactions and performing data entry tasks.

Requirements:

Previous call center experience or assisting customers is preferred.
Data entry and basic computer skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
