Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary with annual merit increases, a monthly leadership stipend, RVU bonuses, and quarterly quality performance incentives. About the Role

As the Clinic Medical Director, you will provide exceptional patient care while modeling clinical excellence. You will lead a collaborative care team to optimize patient outcomes, oversee clinical operations and staff development, implement quality improvements and best practices, manage key business metrics and clinic performance, and foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A high level of occupational medicine experience is highly desired, but not required.
Urgent care experience is nice to have.
You must be DOT certified or obtain certification within 45 days of hire.
You must be able to treat autonomously.
Board certification or eligibility in a primary care or related field is highly desired.
