**Job Description This is a full-time role for a Business Account Manager at Texas Tissue Converting.

The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals. Do you have the skill set and connections within the Retail Markets? Big box store experience? This could put you at the top of the list

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or sales in retail Industry a must
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the paper products industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
