    Job Opportunity for Accounting Assistant with Real Estate Company

    Responsibilities:

    Accounts Receivable

    Accounts Payable

    Perform bank account reconciliations

    Payroll; assist in processing via Paylocity- *prior payroll exp req'd

    Prepare sales tax reports on a monthly & quarterly basis

    Assist with Y/E reporting

    Assist in preparing 1099 forms

    Maintain insurance & vehicle records

    Prepare workers compensation audit reports

    Software platforms- AppFolio & Acumatica; prior experience a plus, not req'd

    Required Experience:

    GAAP

    Excel proficiency
