Job summary
GAAMHA is looking for a Recovery Specialist to support residents at Sunrise Ridge, a structured recovery home designed for women with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and oversight to residents as they navigate their recovery journey.
- E nsure a safe, structured and supportive environment where women can work toward self-sufficiency while developing essential life skills.
- Orientate medication adherence. Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration. Ensuring proper intake and disposal of discontinued medications.
- L ead recovery-focused group discussions and document resident participation progress (as needed)
