    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Answer incoming phone calls for the office and direct to the appropriate party
    • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
    • Manage outgoing mail and packages
    • Review incoming faxes and distribute to appropriate parties
    • Inventory and order office supplies and organize supply storage as needed for the corporate office
    • Provide back up for Administrative Specialist duties as needed
    • Provide support to Administrative Specialist as needed


    Skills
    • Excellent written communication and composition
    • Maintains professionalism in all interactions
    • Work experience in an administrative capacity
    • Self-motivated to see job tasks through to completion
    • Experience working in Microsoft office suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
