    Duties of our Customer Services Representatives:

    • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to both English and Spanish speaking customers.
    • Taking payments
    • Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
    • Communicate with office personnel and field technicians in a professional courteous manner.

    Requirements:
    • Have call center experience (preferred but not required)
    • Speak both English and Spanish fluently
    • Be able to pass a background
    • Be able to pass a drug screening
    • Be available Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday
    • Be able to travel to our office daily located at:
