• Full-Time / Portland, OR As a Counter Sales rep, you will be responsible for performing sales activities inside the store.

You will develop sales relationships with walk-in and telephone customers by delivering best-in-class customer service.


Key Responsibilities Include:
Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck partsDetermine customers' truck parts needs Assist customers with warrantiesGenerate tickets for orders to the warehouseProcess orders for the outside sales team

Successful Candidates Will Have:
Heavy-Duty Truck Parts knowledge, preferred Automotive parts knowledge/experience, also a plusComputer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs Initiative to address challenges and seek solutionsExcellent communication skills (oral written)

Customer service orientationValid driver's license with good driving recordAbility to safely lift heavy parts and use a forkliftTruckPro Benefits:
