    SUMMARY

    The Marketing Coordinator manages the marketing efforts of a group of commercial real estate brokers to improve their marketing presence for various properties and listings.

    They are responsible for creating marketing collateral that includes property brochures and edits as well as e-blasts, etc. and interacting with others in the organization to meet marketing and clients' needs.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    o

    Facilitate critical deal-making activities and materials, including proposals and property marketing materials
    o

    Coordinate with other internal and external team members based on the needs of the broker
    o

    Support timeliness of deliverables


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Property Marketing Coordination
    o

    Attend strategy session with broker and other team members to create and publish marketing materials within a specific timeline
    o

    Creates brochures, e-blasts and other marketing materials using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe suite, Constant Contact and other software programs as appropriate
    o

    Maintain and enforce company branding standards in all marketing documents, such as property brochures, presentation material, and e-blasts
    o

    Create graphics and print material necessary for open houses, events, etc.

    Other Duties Include
    o

    Provide administrative assistance to a team of brokers to include typing of Word documents (letters, RFPs, and packages, etc.)
    o

    Coordinate social media platform posts
    o

    Maintain Dealius contacts database for a team of brokers
    o

    Interact with Research and Marketing team members as needed for projects
    o

    Distribution of marketing collateral and statistics to property owners


    BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

    Demonstrated experience should include:
    o

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
    o

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    o

    Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    o

    Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
    o

    Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently or on a team as needed
    o

    Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
    o

    Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles
