    Position: Diesel Mechanic

    Location: La Crosse, WI

    Pay: $45,760 - $83,200 per year

    Job Responsibilities

    • Diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and troubleshooting malfunctions using diagnostic tools & gauges on various types of heavy truck & vocational truck equipment using critical thinking/problem solving.
    • Delivering productive results and demonstrating accountability while working with a high degree of independence.
    • Utilizing computer/devices to write an itemized summary of each repair performed and parts used.
    • Adhering to and promoting company safety policy.
    • Performing other duties assigned by a manager/supervisor; being adaptable.

    Compensation

    • Hourly Pay: $22-$40 per hour
    • Paid by-weekly
    • Efficiency Bonus Pay Eligible
    • Sign On Bonus Available

    Work Schedule

    • 1st Shift & 2nd Shifts Available

    Must Have

    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a diesel technician on Class 6-8 vehicles.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Willingness to submit to and pass background check and drug screening test.
    • Necessary tools to perform position responsibilities.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
