    Congregational Home is seeking to hire a Part-time or Full-time 2nd shift Registered Nurse
    * *Sign-on bonus: *$7500 for full time eligible positions

    * *Department: *Skilled/Rehab

    * *Schedule: *Full-time & Part Time; 2nd Shift

    *Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Current license in Wisconsin
    • Two years' experience as staff R.N. Manager in long-term care

    • Performs resident care duties, auditing units to ensure timely responses are given to resident needs.
    • Informs the resident in advance about care and treatment and any changes to the plan of care
    • Participates in nursing care assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation
    • Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques
    • Listens to shift report making special note to follow up on significant changes in condition, admissions, transfers, discharges, initiation or use of physical or chemical restraints, unnecessary use of any drug, incidents, unexplained injuries, medication errors, loss of resident property or evidence of resident or family dissatisfaction.
    • Partners with Nursing Supervisors to oversee CNA staff in the implementation of plans of care to assist residents to attain or maintain highest practicable physical, mental and psycho social well being

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a current RN or LPN license in the state of WI
    • Previous experience in a geriatric, long-term care facility preferred
    • Ability to work independently or with a team
    • Conducts oneself in a caring, sensitive and safe manner which promotes positive relations and rapport with residents and visitors
