    My name is David, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Warehouse Worker for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in ­­Henderson, CO. Details for the position are as follows:

    Job Description:

    • Shift - Mon-Thurs 4 x 10's 6am to 4:30pm
    • Pay: $20.50
    • Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.
    • Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
    • Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard.
    • Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
    • Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
    • Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
    • Identifies and controls non-conforming material.
    • Delivery Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
    • Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
    • Seeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
    • Ensures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
    • Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Warehouse Experience
