Description

We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to serve as the partner between IT + internal departments to document + analyze requirements for configuring + customizing the ERP system, business intelligence platforms, and other applications.

This role will contribute to improving business processes, efficient development + delivery of new system functionality, reports, and data analytics to name a few.

Develop + execute test plans in conjunction with system analysts + developersCreate, review, and edit requirements for business processes, reporting, and data analysisDocument existing business processes and proceduresCreate data dictionaries and high-level data modelsParticipate in the development of meeting objectives and assist in the facilitation of meetingsCommunicate needed changes to the development teamProvide project management supportHere are some of the things the right candidate will have:Bachelors degree in computer science or MIS3+ years experience working in a business analyst role (in a manufacturing environment preferred)Experience in the analysis, implementation, and evaluation of business applicationsExperience with ERP systemsFamiliarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BIFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile + KanbanPossess a working understanding of application + database designDevelop, and propose, solutions to problems while considering timeliness, effectiveness, and practicalityPrioritize + execute multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating flexibility in day-to-day workProactively initiate + maintain effective working relationships with the IT team + across departmentsIf this sounds like you and you want to be a part of a dynamic, fast paced and growing organization then please send us your resume for consideration.
