    Description

    Join ManTech International as a Deputy Program Manager (Senior IT Analyst)

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and lead major technology assignments
    • Evaluate performance results and recommend changes for project growth
    • Act as a technical expert across multiple projects
    • Manage all budget activities within a Program Office
    • Support financial and budgetary activities as directed
    • Create detailed briefings to justify program funding requirements
    • Develop total program budget exhibits for presentations
    • Maintain and update spend plans and execution deliverables
    • Conduct monthly budget execution reviews

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Active certification in SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Government Practitioner (SGP)
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience
    • Minimum of 6 years of SDLC experience (Waterfall and Agile)
    • Minimum of 3 years of large-scale scrum experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with IBM Collaborative Life Cycle Management (CLM) or similar tools
    • Expertise in developing detailed requirements
    • Experience supervising technical teams

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must be a U.S. citizen
    • Current Top-Secret (TS) clearance

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time
    • Proficiency in operating office machinery
    • Occasional movement within the office
