- 1 year of experience in processing and managing customer sales orders, including Special Order Sales.
- 2 years of experience in recommending and selling products based on customer needs.
- 2 years of customer service experience, handling customer complaints, phone inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.
- 2 years of experience in following up on pending customer orders, sales, or installations.
- 1 year of experience promoting additional services related to products, such as installation, delivery, financing, or protection plans.
- Extensive background in a sales environment with set sales targets.
- Previous employment at Lowe's as a Sales Specialist for at least 1 year.
- At least 1 year of experience in appliance sales.

Joining as a Sales Specialist focusing on Appliances means:
As a Sales Specialist in Appliances, you will act as an expert, providing detailed information on product features to current and potential customers to drive sales. Besides, you will offer personalized consultation services to customers, ensuring their needs are fully met before they leave the store. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing orders and projects within your specialized area.
Travel Requirements:
Although the role typically doesn't involve frequent travel, occasional trips may be necessary for meetings, training sessions, or to assist other nearby stores.
What We're Looking For
Full-Time Position:Generally, you can expect to work around 39 to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on the store's needs.
