- Achieve appointment setting goals by leading ISC Agents (phone agents) to achieve maximum set rates and provide exceptional first-class service to our customers.
- Ensure quality leads are being issued to Design Consultants in both markets by performing confirmations of appointments both live on the phone, and using our text messaging system
- Communicate with Design Consultants and Sales Managers in both markets with phone calls, emails, and text communication to ensure same day adjustments to the calendar flow seamlessly in the field.
- Deliver our Signature Service to our customers, both external and internal, helping us to maintain our positive and customer centric culture.
