    As an Instrumentation Inside Account Manager at AWC, Inc., you will play a vital role in our customer-centric approach. You'll have direct and daily contact with our customers, building strong relationships to drive business growth. Success in this role is measured not only by meeting sales objectives but also by exceeding customer requirements. You'll collaborate closely with Outside Account Managers to enhance your skills, expertise, and career development opportunities within the industry.

    The JobBuild, develop, and retain customer relationships, contributing to the success of our high-performance sales team and ensuring seamless account succession.

    Acknowledge and process customer Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO).Collaborate with Outside Account Managers and Technical Managers to determine profit margins, inventory suggestions, and pricing requirements for key accounts.

    Review work processes to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, while suggesting improvements.
    Explore practical and creative alternatives to increase AWC's chances of closing orders at higher margins.
    Basic QualificationMust be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
    Possess a strong sense of urgency, high energy, and a high level of accountability.

    Effective communication skills, both verbal and written (via phone, teams,+ email, etc.).Preferred QualificationsA 4-year bachelor's degree or a 2-year technical degree2-5 years of industry experience.

    Base-level knowledge of Instrumentation (Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature & Gas Detection) and other relevant products such as instrument tube fittings, manifolds, valves, etc.
