G.W. Becker Inc is looking for a Multi-Craft Field Service Technician Levels 3-5. This position requires 4 to 5 years experience in electrical and mechanical. Key Responsibilities include Troubleshoot repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment Evaluate make recommendations regarding required repairs for customers Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints identifying solutions suggesting improved methods techniques and recommending system improvements Document service installation actions by completing forms reports inspection checklists Build maintains customer confidence by maintaining good response time informing customer of problems completing the job in a timely manner Maintain professional presentation timeliness appearance organization in all areas- Excellent communication skills
