Parts & Service Coordinator - Grapevine, TXJob Description
The Parts & Service Coordinator position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock to computer generated reports.Responsibilities
Maintain and review efficient and accurate inventory management procedures, consistent with company policy and procedure.
Provide accurate and timely order entry for operations.
Initiate and maintain an efficient cycle count strategy.
Maintain accurate records of all audits, counts, and adjustments.
Make system adjustments as required and analyze results of counts to initiate permanent corrective actions.
Job Specifications
Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with self-motivation and initiative.
Good mathematical ability, excellent organizational and communication skills, and interpersonal skills
