    Job Description:
    Ability to build complex mechanical assemblies
    Experience with mechanical assemblies or manufacturing processes
    Good computer skills required to program tablets and motor assemblies
    Ability to read and interpret engineering work instructions, drawings, or schematics to perform work duties
    Work under direct supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures
    Work directly with engineers to support production line goals
    imizing processes on a Lean production environment with a continuous improvement mindset
    Lean basics training in LMS will be required after joining the team
    Good communication skills to support GEMBA on Safety, quality, deliveries, improvements and 5S+1 activities
    Communicates with leadership on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement
    Positive attitude, openness to new ideas, willingness to learn new tools, and a strong motivation to positively impact the performance and work experience of the team


    Essential Functions:
    Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and schematics
    Occasional weekend, off-shift, and overtime work
    Capability of performing mechanical work and have computers skills
    Ablility to work with different chemicals (Epoxy, threadlockers and silicone material)
    Capability to lift up to 35lbs of weight to workbench


    Qualifications:
    Requires developing job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experienceExperience in a production manufacturing environment


    Preferred Additional Skills:
    MES and PLM applications experience
    Lean culture and 5S+1 experience
