- Manage and lead a team of engineers and designers to complete project-specific engineering activities.
- Coordinate resource allocation within the Project Engineering team and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), drawing packages, and bills of materials.
- Lead technical review of specifications for quotations and assess contract risks.
- Oversee the development of custom-engineered solutions, including designing, modeling, prototyping, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with design standards and regulatory codes.
- Support research and development activities and provide feedback on test results.
- Travel nationally and internationally as needed to support engineering teams and on-site inspections.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; or equivalent education.
- 3-7 years of experience managing and leading technical teams.
- PE
- Experience with technical review of specifications and risk assessment.
