    Senior Relationship Manager - Global Commercial Bank

    Key Responsibilities:

    This role involves providing valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing a large portfolio of clients with annual revenues between $50 million and $2 billion
    • Acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and relationship enhancement
    • Understanding and interpreting financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze companies' financial conditions and industry trends
    • Collaborating with domestic and international teammates to facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists
    • Leading and facilitating dialogue with clients regarding topics such as their industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues
    • Coaching and mentoring peers while utilizing leadership skills

    Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you must have:

    • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial or Investment Banking
    • The ability to manage a large portfolio of clients
    • A proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions
    • Professional sales skills, including planning, execution, and follow-up of client meetings
    • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
    • Financial modeling experience and completion of a formal credit training
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated leadership ability
    • Capability of organizing, facilitating, leading, and negotiating with a team of bank associates to solve client problems

    Education:
