Baer is looking for SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant for a 12+ month Remote project.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for SAP implementation.
Configure SAP systems according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP functionalities and promote user adoption.
Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of SAP solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful SAP implementation projects.
Document processes, configurations, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Requirements:
Proven experience working as an SAP Consultant, with a focus on onboarding and implementing SAP solutions.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, etc.
Strong understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Experience leading workshops, training sessions, and facilitating discussions with diverse groups of stakeholders.
SAP SuccessFactors certification is a required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
