- Foster effective group living relations and promote a positive atmosphere
- Assure accountability of students, maintain records and report incidents
- Direct and assist with activities and engage with students
- Perform room inspections and assist with cleaning and sanitizing

- Overnight Shift (11:30 pm to 8:30 am)
- Swing Shift (2:00 to 11:00 pm on class days and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on non-class days)

Job DescriptionOur ILAs provide guidance to students in the dormitories and help them gain the life skills needed for achievement in the program, employment and self-sufficiency.
At the Hubert H.Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), we have creative and caring staff who help our students realize their potential.
MAIN DUTIES:
WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time working five days per week on one of the following shifts
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED, valid Minnesota driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach and climb stairs; residential experience in a dormitory or group home preferred
PAY AND BENEFITS:
$20.00 per hour plus full benefits, including 12 paid holidays; paid vacation and sick time; 401(k) with match; and medical, dental and vision insurance
