- B.S Degree (Engineering degree is preferred)
- Must have at least five (5) years of Continuous Improvement experience within a manufacturing environment
- Black Belt certified
- Experience implementing 5S and Standard Work
- Develop and Implement 5S throughout all value streams
- Developing and implementing standards, procedures, training materials (video training and Power Point training) and audits
- Train all levels of employees in all departments on those 5S standards and procedures
- Develop a robust (without compromising productivity) semi-annual / annual training plan
- Develop, Train and Implement Standard Work for all levels of employees in all departments
- Document the plan and roadmap of Standard Work implementation and training
- Conduct events to develop or validate manufacturing or business process standard work
