- Assist Branch Manager with the sales and operations planning process, statistical demand forecasting, and integration of supply and demand plans.
- Promote an incident-free environment by emphasizing safety daily through leading by example.
- Encourage a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training and execution of policies.
- Understand and execute the principles of inventory management, target customer mix and sales.
- Create a positive environment for employees which encourages teamwork in alignment with SiteOne DNA.
- Train and develop agronomic staff to be knowledgeable of the Agronomics product line and customer needs to support achievement of departmental sales goals.
- Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
- Support other branch departments and customers as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in the green industry and an understanding of agronomic, lawn care maintenance products, and turf management preferred
- Bilingual Proficiency - candidates who are conversational in English/Spanish are preferred
- Excellent customer service and management skills
- Experience with sales and operations planning and forecasting
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals; including debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable and budgets.
- Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
