Job summary
We are seeking a Home and Community Aide to join our IDD division in Harrisburg/Hershey and surrounding locations.This is an opportunity for you if you want to work as a caregiver or support people with disabilities.
The Direct Support Professional role requires attention to detail and creativity as you serve as both life coach and personal support.
- Assist individuals in acquiring self-help skills necessary for residing successfully at home or community settings;
- Serve consumers who have disabilities with care;
