About the role
The College employs appropriately skilled and/or qualified Technicians in the mechanical, industrial, chemical and scientific training fields, to best support learning delivery and broader College outcomes. Technicians work as a team and are deployed across the campus to meet business needs.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience or qualifications in an industry area related to Automotive with knowledge of the maintenance and operation of equipment required to support training. We are seeking a dynamic/energetic individual with good communication skills, the ability to work with limited supervision, negotiate priorities and organise work to meet deadlines.

May be required to travel throughout the South West and Great Southern Regions from time to time.

Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.

To be eligible for appointment applicants must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointments) or permanent residency (for permanent appointments).
