    Available Positions :

    ***Chopping*** the process of spraying (chopping) fiberglass laminate (fiberglass, resin and catalyst mixture) using a chopper gun/flow coat gun with air motor.

    ***Assembling*** the process of assembling fiberglass parts.

    ***Patch Painting*** the process of defect detection and repair using body filters, fiberglass and gelcoat to complete the repairs.

    ***Rolling*** the process of removing air from fiberglass laminate (fiberglass resin and catalyst mixture) using a tool called a roller.

    ***Injector*** the process of injecting resin into a two piece (Upper / Lower) mold that has been sealed with a vacuum and contains glass reinforcement. This is done using and RTM injection gun.

    ***Finisher*** the process of sanding and buffing to restore part to original shape or design to meet customers quality standards.

    ***Geller -*** The process of spraying gelcoat on a mold with a tool called a gel spray gun.

    ***Painter*** - The process of spraying paint the proper thickness on fiberglass parts. This provides the customer with a cosmetically appealing surface for their paint to adhere to.

    ***Sanding*** the process of sanding the gelcoat surface in preparation for primer paint application.

    ***Parts Pulling*** the process of pulling a fiberglass part from a mold using wedges and clamps.

    ***Cutting & Grinding*** the process of cutting parts to correct size and grinding them to correct thickness.

    Laborer must meet the following criteria:

    --Completion of appropriate training certification

    --Have a consistent and proven attendance record

    --Must be able to assemble within quality and quantity standards

    --Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times

    --Practices daily a favorable working environment with all employees

    --Properly maintain all tools and fixtures

    --Must use materials/supplies fully with minimal scrap

    Laborer must be able to meet the physical demands/abilities

    Laborer must meet the following environmental demands/hazards:

    --Exposure to noise levels of over 100 dB (ear protection required)

    --Vibration

    --Frequent exposure to 50 ppm or less of styrene vapor

    --Exposure of skin to resin, acetone, gun flush, catalyst and dust

    --Occasional extreme heat up to 110 degrees

    --Proximity to hoists and heavy moving molds

    Responsibility and authority to verify work affecting quality of the end product
