- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years minimum of Java development in a team environment.
- Proven ability to develop back end services in a large scale, high performance environment.
- Developing On-premise and cloud based REST APIs and micro-services
- Developing and enhancing authentication and authorization modules
- Developing secure applications following OWASP guidelines
- Translating security design into code in APIs and/or micro services environment
- Integrating encryption and digital signatures using symmetric/asymmetric keys in software modules
- Knowledge of attack vectors that may be used to exploit software
- Experience with Spring boot, Spring Security and Open Source Security libraries
- Experience in using JWTs as delegation access tokens in micro services integration patterns
- Experience with OpenIdConnect/OAuth2, APIKeys authentication flows
- Experience with virtualized deployment practices, particularly AWS
- Good to have: Experience/understanding on AWS security with IAM, Security Groups, Security Policies knowledge
- Experience with secure credential storage and management (RBAC)
- Experience with MongoDB or other noSql datastore
- Experience with various programing languages such as Go and python
- Experience with EventStore concepts using technologies like Kafka
- Experience with server-side MVC containers (Spring, Struts, Play Framework).

Our Atlanta office is located in the historic Biltmore building, across from Georgia Techs campus, walking distance to several great restaurants and centrally located to the MARTA. We allow for flexible hours and some telecommuting options, but you should be in office most days.
