About the Role Foxtrot is seeking a Director of Logistics & Inventory Management to develop and implement our logistics optimization strategy. This role will be crucial in implementing systems and processes to drive insights and assess opportunities that allow for a higher level of execution across our business and build a strategy that is scalable for future markets and expansion. **Responsibilities:**

    + Optimize the supply chain to improve distribution efficiencies, speed, capacity, cost and inventory control.

    + Help lead development and implementation of inventory management processes across the enterprise as it relates to forecasting, receiving, inventory reconciliation, product zoning, order picking.

    + Evaluate and help implement best-in-class supply chain technologies to support our eCommerce, national shipping, retail and other initiatives.

    + Own the relationship and oversee our 3PL partners, continually evaluate warehousing needs to support long term strategic business objectives.

    + Manage freight routes, brackets, and freight lane optimization to ensure best delivered costs.

    + Develop and manage relationships with distributors and suppliers to ensure strong service and support relationships

    + Negotiate and enhance our national supplier contracts as we continue to scale.

    + Develop cross-departmental processes to improve and monitor inventory control through our internal and 3rd party supply chain network.

    + Accountable for the performance management of all supply chain vendors, develop and maintain supplier scorecards and related KPI's to facilitate continuous improvement.

    + Deliver on all budget and financial goals in-line with broader organizations annual planning process

    + Ensures integrity in our supply chain and manages critical communication updates to field, suppliers and distribution.

    + Travel to suppliers and distribution centers when necessary

    **Qualifications & Experience:**

    + Minimum of 8+ years work experience in supply chain management

    + Experience working in a retail or related inventory-based startup preferred

    + Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve technical and supply chain issues

    + Ability to drive inefficiencies out of our business, our supplier/distributor relationships, our processes, and our insights/reporting.

    + Detailed knowledge of supply chain and an ability to drive a successful strategy for scalability

    + Complete accountability and ownership of outcome, ability to set priorities and execute

    + Excellence in planning, budgeting, forecasting

    + History of building strong relationships across all functions of the organization (merchandising culinary, operations, etc.)

    + Clear communication and ability to synthesize complex situations for leadership team

    + Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

    + Commitment to excellence and high standards.

    + Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
