Business Development for Clinical Operations & CMC Space

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Clinical Operations & CMC practice.
- Drive new client partnerships through consultative business development and market engagement.
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment across contract and permanent hiring.
- Provide clients with real-time talent intelligence: compensation trends, competitor activity, and workforce planning insight.
- Build long-term, multi-hire relationships that expand GQR's footprint.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership to scale the vertical.
- Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and shaping future team growth.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated success in 360/full-desk agency recruitment.
- Strong network and credibility across Clinical Operations and/or CMC.
- Track record of consistent revenue generation and account expansion.
- Ability to engage and influence Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something meaningful.
- Desire to operate in a performance-driven, highly collaborative environment.
