    Description

    Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse in Willard to provide care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes.

    Responsibilities:
    - Implement the nursing process to deliver patient/client care effectively
    - Develop and adjust care plans according to patient needs
    - Provide necessary nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals
    - Respond to changes in patient condition and report to appropriate personnel
    - Administer prescribed medications and treatments and evaluate their effectiveness
    - Identify areas for patient education, care coordination, and discharge planning


    Requirements:
    - Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
    - Current Health Certificate as per facility or state guidelines
    - Updated PPD or Chest X-Ray
    - Valid BLS card
    - Preferred minimum of one year RN experience
