    We are seeking a Residential Project Specialist (RPS) to oversee field renovation and turnover efforts of single-family rental homes. This role involves detailed inspections, vendor management, quality control, timeline management, and budget expectations. The RPS will also verify occupancy or lease violations as necessary.

    The ideal candidate will have a high school degree, Associates Degree or equivalent work experience, and at least 3 years of maintenance and/or construction experience. They should have a proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and on budget, knowledge of fair housing and local real estate laws, and intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The RPS must be detail-oriented, able to produce high-quality work in a deadline-oriented environment, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Key responsibilities include verifying all work is done in compliance with Clean, Safe, Functional (CSF) Company standards, monitoring completion of renovation and turnover inspections, creating scopes and communicating budget approval/assignment to General Contractors, subcontractors, or vendors, and ensuring job site safety and compliance with all Maymont Homes policies and procedures.
