    WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE
    SALES MANAGER
    (AKA Your Mission - should you choose to accept it)

    You will grow Mighty Dog Roofing of Greater Fairfax revenue by selling our services to homeowners and property managers by displaying the following best practices:

    Leading and motivating the sales team
    Understanding, helping developing, and optimizing the lead flow process, including independent lead finding, prospecting, and canvassing, ideally using strategies that you've developed in past roles
    Helping to build and support a 'growth mindset' environment within the organization
    Driving customer sales and satisfaction from lead generation to job completion

    In the field, running company leads, referrals, prospecting and cold calling, performing property inspections, signing contracts, meeting insurance adjusters, writing and providing estimates, and formally contracting the job to generate sales and contracted revenue for the company.

    In addition, serving as the customer's primary point of contact, and both proactively prevent job-related issues and address them as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction

    Building our network (and creating Lead Sources) for the company through community engagement and building relationships with property management companies, real estate agents, local business groups, and insurance agents.


    Sales Manager Perks and Compensation:

    Compensation will be contingent on the candidate's experience and will consist of a salary and commission on revenue generated

    Base Range $65, ,000 base + commission

    Mandatory attendance for Academy week in Omaha, NE (Expenses paid) July - July 12

    Other Responsibilities of the

    Sales Manager:


    Utilize and improve current systems (e.g., CRM) to provide accurate information, changes, feedback on customers, leads and other relevant information to the company, and the Owner.

    Participate in company safety meetings, sales meetings, or training meetings to advance any necessary learning/training to improve as a Sales Manager.

    Learn and drive adoption within the Sales team of Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform to stay current on products and processes used by the broader company.

    Keep production and accounts receivable departments aware of any changes in jobs, or customer demands, change orders, or other pertinent information.

    Ensure jobs sold and contacted achieve minimum required profitability targets.
    Turn in pay requests on time per the Company pay request/payroll schedule.
    Achieve minimum quarterly sales quotas to support required company growth

    Sales Manager Requirements:
    GED or High School diploma
    Bachelor's degree preferred; can be substituted with experience
    Valid driver's license
    2+ year of Sales Management experience
    4+ years of Sales experience
    Home Services Sales or Outside Sales experience preferred but not required
    Some travel (candidate must successfully complete all mandatory trainings to include one week at corporate headquarters)


    Sales Manager Work Environment:
    Mighty Dog Roofing's Sales Manager role will handle various on-site projects and office-related tasks. Climbing a ladder, taking rooftop measurements and assessments will be needed for this role. This role will report directly to the Company ownership.

    Sales Manager:


    This is a full-time position; some on-site projects are likely to require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical '9 to 5' job.

    Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.
