The Learning Support Tutor (LST) provides intervention and instruction to students who are not yet performing at grade level in reading or math.Qualifications
- College degree (teaching certification preferred)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of reading and writing skill building
- Knowledge of foundational math concepts
- Knowledge of progress monitoring measures (eg. reading fluency and comprehension)
- Experience working with elementary students
