    Description


    The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Manager of Outreach and Enrollment is responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of the group of employees towards established goals and objectives.

    The Health Benefits Specialist and the Benefits Enrollment Specialist teams assists SCF to achieve the goal of increasing the number of customer-owners enrolled with a third-party payer.

    This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business management, math, or science; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

    One (1) additional year experience in healthcare patient accounting or patient financial management; OR demonstrated proficiency working as a Supervisor of Outreach and Enrollment at Southcentral Foundation.

    Certification as a State of Alaska - Certified Application Counselor (CAC)
    Completion of Department of Veterans Affairs-Tribal Veteran Representative training

    Additional Qualifications for Manager of Outreach and Enrollment II:

    Three (3) years of supervisory/management experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Manager of Outreach and Enrollment I.

    Under P.L , as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training.
    SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.


    Employee Health Requirements:
    Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure is a condition of SCF employment.

    You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment.

    Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
