- Collaborate with the GIS Manager and real estate brokers to identify, select, and analyze potential sites.
- Coordinate with third-party landmen to facilitate landowner outreach and negotiate contracts leading to executed lease or purchase option agreements.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess site suitability and negotiate contracts, involving travel as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with landowners and local communities through regular project updates.
- Maintain detailed project update records to inform management about the progress of contract negotiations.
- Manage an outsourced group of land agents

The Land Manager - Solar and BESS will have:

- High level of energy, able to thrive under pressure, and adept at meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in contract negotiations and successful contract management
