    Position Summary:


    The Director of Labor & Employee Relations is accountable for supporting Human Resources and Operations Leaders in the areas of Labor and Employee Relations.

    This role will provide broad expertise in strategic, collaborative, and consultative services on implementing our positive workforce strategy.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    Assisting in the development and implementation of business units' positive workforce strategy

    Analysis of predictive analytics to help locations assess cultural risk

    Supporting the Company's preemptive labor relations efforts, including managing a union organizing campaign

    Developing and providing the business units with employee relations training

    Providing the business units with employee relations training

    Working with many different levels in the organization provide guidance and support on employee relations matters

    Other projects or duties as assigned
