    Wyndham Destinations is looking for an Account Onboarding Specialist II. This Specialist II will perform various office duties including, but not limited to - receive and process incoming documents; audit all contract documents for data accuracy and compliance with various state, regulatory, and underwriting requirements; and key owner conversions into Club accounts. Identify discrepancies and inaccuracies that prevent contract eligibility for securitization, flag accounts that violate documented business rules, and assist with resolution of these discrepancies with Travel & Leisure business partners. Meet department production and quality expectations. Additional duties may involve escrow functions, lender and status code updates, systems testing, and shipping of contract documents. Stay up to date with corporate and departmental policies, use appropriate discretion with confidential information and communication, and complete ad-hoc projects and assignments as requested by management.

    How You'll Shine
    • Audit contracts for accuracy and compliance with state, regulatory and underwriting requirements, across all brands
    • Coordinate resolution of contract discrepancies with business partners and owners
    • Logging and delivering of hold checks
    • Complete other duties as assigned by management
    • Create/update check in sheets
    • Report team dashboards
    What You'll Bring

    Education
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to be detailed, accurate and thorough
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment
    • Must possess good time management and organizational skills
    • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
    • Deadline conscious with strong drive and initiative
    • General understanding of securitization and underwriting requirements
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to management workload using department dashboards
    Technical Skills
    • Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in MS World, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
    Job Experience
    • 3 years general office experience
    Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
