Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Chestertown, MD

Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, M-F

Salary Range: $95-$115k per year

The Dixon Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Chestertown, MD We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to partner with operations and finance leadership to drive financial planning, analysis, and business decision support. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working closely with the business, building financial models, and turning data into meaningful insights. This is a highly visible position within a growing finance organization focused on continuous improvement, strong business partnership, and building a scalable, world-class finance function.

What You'll Do:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight and analysis
Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting
Analyze monthly results and explain key business drivers
Perform profitability, trend, and ad hoc financial analysis
Help improve financial reporting processes and tools

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
4–8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operational finance
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
ERP or financial systems experience preferred
Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial concepts clearly
Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
Manufacturing or multi-site experience a plus
Occasional travel to U.S. facilities may be required
