    8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

    Location: Omaha, NE



    Summary:

    We are seeking a candidate with reception-type experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities including answering calls, managing mail, and coordinating deliveries. This position does not require extensive physical activity and no driving is involved. The dress code is business casual.

    Duties:

    • Manage daily operations of a solo-person site.
    • Perform contracted office services such as copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.
    • Operate office equipment including PC, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment.
    • Handle shipping & receiving, delivering, and processing of mail.
    • Interact with customers daily.
    • Maintain routine functions such as creating/completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, and reporting facility-related issues.
    • Coordinate office-supply inventory re-ordering.
    • Manage conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management.
    • Collect and provide data to assigned leadership and customers, including completing monthly reports.
    • Ensure financial responsibilities are met.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • 1+ years of related field experience (B2B and/or technical).
    • Previous 1+ year customer-facing work experience required.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
    • Ability to present to a small group.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Basic customer service skills.
    • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
