    Job Description:

    We're searching for a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team, specifically focusing on ONE Identity Quest. You should have a strong understanding of identity management principles, access control, and security protocols, with a keen interest in leveraging the capabilities of ONE Identity Quest. As our specialist, you'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, with a particular emphasis on optimizing the ONE Identity Quest platform to enhance our systems' security and integrity.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute IAM policies, procedures, and best practices, with a focus on leveraging the features of ONE Identity Quest.

    Architect and deploy identity and access management solutions, encompassing user provisioning, authentication, and authorization mechanisms, leveraging the capabilities of ONE Identity Quest.

    Configure and manage the ONE Identity Quest solution to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs.

    Conduct regular access reviews and audits, leveraging ONE Identity Quest functionalities, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate ONE Identity Quest with other IT systems and applications.

    Provide expert support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of ONE Identity Quest.

    Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in IAM technologies, particularly those relevant to ONE Identity Quest.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    6+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, with a focus on ONE Identity Quest.

    Proficiency in IAM concepts like role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

    Demonstrated expertise in IAM tools and technologies, particularly ONE Identity Quest, alongside Active Directory and LDAP.

    Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are advantageous.
