From great benefits to health and wellness and social events, we've got you covered.

    The role:

Reporting directly to the Director of Solutions Engineering (based in the UK), and liaising closely with your colleagues in our Lehi office as well as the wider global team, you'll be identifying how Netcraft's products solve our customers' problems, and providing subject matter expertise on our services and the problem domain to underpin the success of the Commercial division from a technical perspective.

    Day to day, you'll be:
Preparing and running demonstrations and proofs of concept to highlight how Netcraft's solution can address our customers' pain points
Understanding customer requirements, objectives and opportunities, whilst being the voice of the customer internally to help drive and prioritise customer requests within our engineering function
Using your product and domain expertise to support and build relationships with prospects and customers, serving as technical liaison for the commercial division
Drafting and delivering winning proposals, working with both our new sales and account management teams to address customer requirements
Identifying opportunities for prospects and customers to expand the range of services taken based on a solid understanding of their business and the problem space

Ensuring a smooth setup and onboarding process for customers, collaborating with other functions as required to maximise customer satisfaction and address any problems raised.

    The reward package:
Highly competitive base salary, reviewed annually, with bonus aligned to the financial performance of the Commercial division
401(k) Safe Harbor Plan, with employer-matched contributions up to 4%
Generous private health cover, including dental, optical and life assurance

Two days paid Volunteering Leave per year
Inclusive culture and environment, where you'll feel genuinely valued and supported.

What you'll need to be successful:
Proven experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity in a customer-facing role requiring in-depth technical product expertise
Proven ability to build relationships and clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels with varying degrees of technical understanding, from CISOs to Developers to Legal Counsel
Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
Self-starter who is creative and able to organise, prioritise, and plan their activities effectively
Team player and customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills, who enjoys working collaboratively towards a shared vision for future success

A background in cybersecurity is ideal but not required, however a strong interest in learning and developing knowledge in the anti-cybercrime space will be important.

A broad understanding of security, networking, and Internet fundamentals would be very useful.

At Netcraft we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway – we'd love to hear from you.
