    Job DescriptionWe are seeking 3 custodian professionals for a 7-month contract in Smyrna, TN. These roles will work onsite/in buildings Monday-Friday between 8:00 am- 4:30 pm.

    These roles will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a building and the surrounding areas including the following duties:

    Cleaning wood, Tile, Concrete, and CarpetShampooing rugs and carpetsEmptying trashCleaning ventsDusting all surfacesWaxing and stripping floorsCleaning restroomsWashing windows and doorsSweeping sidewalksMaintaining a thorough inventoryUsing equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleanersQualificationsAbility to stand and walk for long periodsAbility to lift and move over 50 poundsKnowledge of different cleaning products and toolsTime management and multitasking abilitiesOrganization skillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionEducation: Must have high school diploma or GEDAdditional InformationThis 7-month contract role will be onsite in Smyrna, TN.

    This role will require a background check and the ability to work onsite
    • Monday-Friday from 8:00 am 4:30 pm.
