You'll guide multiple accounts and their General Managers, ensuring every location delivers exceptional food, operational excellence, and hospitality that feels personal. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences across multiple accounts.
- Drive operational excellence through consistent standards, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement.
- Build and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Champion culinary and service innovation that aligns with Sodexo Kitchen Works' chef‑driven, people‑first philosophy.
- Ensure compliance and safety across all accounts, including food safety, labor standards, and company policies.
- Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of growth.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the regional dining experience.
