Our membership-based concierge practice model offers an alternative to traditional primary care medicine.With our membership-based model, Perspective Health and Wellness physicians get to focus on the full breadth of their medical expertise and training with a defined panel of patients, allowing you more time, greater understanding and more opportunity to proactively help your patients achieve their health goals.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, experienced, proactive, and personable physician who is passionate about patient care and has at least 5 years of clinical experience.
